Key Responsibilities
Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across email, phone, and social channels to engage C-suite executives and senior management
Qualify enterprise leads through discovery conversations, understanding complex business needs and pain points
Book qualified meetings and demos for account executives with enterprise prospects showing genuine interest and budget authority
Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop account-based marketing strategies for key enterprise targets
Conduct thorough research on enterprise accounts, including company structure, recent news, and industry challenges
Handle longer, more complex sales cycles typical of enterprise-level deals
Work closely with account executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified enterprise opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings, pipeline generation, and revenue contribution
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with enterprise sales best practices
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales development experience, preferably in enterprise or mid-market segments
Proven track record of engaging C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough prospect research and account mapping
Strong phone presence and confidence in making high-level cold calls
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously
Resilience and persistence in navigating longer enterprise sales cycles
Understanding of technology/software industry preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling techniques
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales metrics and optimise outreach strategies
Professional demeanour suitable for enterprise-level interactions
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving sales methodologies
